Salam This is Sara alameri local from Dubai I was delighted to participate in a trip to Dilma island for the first time as it was a destination I always wanted to escape to and explore, Travel indigenous were keen to make us live the authentic experience by staying in a local farm house rented for us only where we enjoyed comfy accommodation at the same time, we were able to explore the farm facility and the agricultural community of it indeed it was mind blowing as we were able to see how to they plant in the Delma island to be partial food efficient this included crops, during the farm visit we saw live stock and beards too I had honestly splened time also meeting Um Ahmed the lady who proved that noting is impossible and with patience and determination you can always harvest your efforts Not only this we also did hike for sunrise and visited local museums to advocate ourselves on the roots of dilma island I highly recommend Travel Indigenous to all the people who want to live authentic experiences locally and abroad All the best Sara Alameri

It was a truly unique experience, unlike the usual trips or similar activities. Buraidah Farm, run by the sisters Noora and Moza, reflects their dedication to preserving this family heritage rooted in a deeply established Emirati identity. We spent a very enjoyable time, with diverse activities ranging from preparing camel and sheep food, collecting eggs, and walking on the sand at sunset, to making regag bread, engaging in meaningful and pleasant conversations among the group, and finally enjoying a dinner prepared with love. It was more than a wonderful experience—one that added great value to us. Heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to the team dedicated to offering these authentic experiences, harmoniously connected with the environment, land, progress, and generosity, especially Ms. Huda and Ms. Dareen. Your destination for an exceptionally unique experience with loads of fun, adventure and learning

I recently joined the Honey Trail experience in Abu Dhabi, and it was truly exceptional. I learned so much about the life of bees, the methods of honey extraction, and the different types of honey produced. The experience was both educational and enjoyable, giving me a deep appreciation for beekeeping and its traditions. I also brought my father along, and he absolutely loved it. One of the highlights was that we got to take home a jar of honey that we personally helped extract during the workshop — such a meaningful and memorable touch. What truly made this experience unique was being guided by an Emirati farmer, Amina, whose firsthand knowledge, passion, and storytelling added an authentic cultural dimension. I really value that Travel Indigenous works with local people and supports sustainable tourism in the UAE, making the experience even more special. A big thank you to Travel Indigenous for organizing everything so smoothly and professionally. I’m definitely looking forward to joining more of their experiences in the future. كانت رحلة قطف الرمان تجربة مميزة بكل المقاييس، حيث جمعت بين المتعة والاستفادة. الرحلة اعتمدت على مفهوم السياحة المستدامة مما أضاف لها طابعاً مختلفاً وهادفاً، الخدمة كانت ممتازة، حيث تعامل الجميع بلطف واهتمام واضح براحة المشاركين، مما جعل التجربة أكثر خصوصية وجمالاً. أشكر القائمين على هذه الرحلة وأوصي بشدة الانضمام إليهم لكل من يبحث عن تجربة ممتعة، مفيدة، وصديقة للبيئة. 🍃🌸

I participated in the Turtles and Yoga retreat at Ras Al Jinz in Oman in early September, 2025. It was nourishing food for the soul! I enjoyed the relaxing time with nature - so many turtles laying eggs! The weekend was well-organized and thoughtfully planned with a diversity of activities as well as time for reflection and rest. I very much look forward to participating in another trip or get-away with Travel Indigenous. Thank you to Houda and Darene for organizing such a nice weekend!
